The processing technology of high nickel matte
Nickel is a hard, ductile ferromagnetic metal with high polishing and corrosion resistance. And high ice nickel is a sulfide eutectic of metals such as nickel, copper, cobalt, iron, etc. obtained by smelting nickel concentrate in an electric furnace and converter. The process flow includes multiple steps such as raw material preparation, grinding, drying, screening, and packaging.
Firstly, high-purity high nickel iron alloy is selected as the raw material and subjected to pre-treatment such as preliminary screening, impurity removal, and crushing. Next, the raw materials are roughly crushed using a jaw crusher, and then finely ground through grinding to ensure that the product reaches the required particle size and uniformity. Entering the screening stage, use a vibrating screen to screen the dried product, removing impurities and particles that do not meet the specifications. Finally, the product is packaged using an automatic packaging machine to ensure its preservation and transportation quality.
The entire process flow needs to strictly control the operating parameters and quality requirements of each step, regularly maintain and upkeep the equipment, to ensure stable and efficient production process, and produce high-quality products that meet the requirements. At the same time, according to the actual production situation, continuously optimize the process flow, improve production efficiency and product quality, and meet market demand.
